The remaining 30% balance must be settled in full on the day of the appointment, strictly before the artistry session commences.

Travel and concierge fees for locations in Lekki, Ikoyi, Chevron, or Greater Lagos are calculated based on distance and will be finalized during the verification call.

No Refunds: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once, provided the request is made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the original scheduled date. The new date must fall within 30 days of the original appointment.

Forfeiture: A second cancellation or a request to reschedule made less than 3 days before the session results in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit. No second rescheduling is permitted.

Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will incur a ₦10,000 late fee. Beyond 40 minutes, the session may be forfeited without a refund of the deposit to protect the Studio's schedule.

By booking, you agree by default to the public posting of photos and videos captured during your session on our official social media platforms and website.

While the Studio defaults to public posting, we value your privacy; our team will seek your verbal or written consent as a final courtesy before any specific content is published.

For home services, the client must provide a clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned environment. Clients must disclose skin sensitivities or contagious conditions prior to the session.
